Chalazion
One year ago my eyelid was sweeled and there is a pain and i consult the doctor they gave me medicines and by using ear buds they just remove the swealing part and now there is a little bit of swealing but there is no pain i use hot water and cotton everyday but result is not satisfying what can i do now .it looks bad

Sounds like you have chalazion
As noted if it is not resolving by routine hot fomentation and massage with local antibiotics for a month you can opt for intralesional steroids or surgical removal
