I am facing with chalazion frequently. Had to under go surgery twice. Is there any way to treat it with out surgery? Any medication or drops or anti-biotics?

this could be due to chalazion
there are three options:
A. Medical treatment:
a. warm compresses followed by lid massage
b. apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins
B. intralesional kenacort injection
c. minor surgery
You can try medical ttreatment

There are more than one options for treatment of chalazion depending on its position, severity, chronicity (duration) and number. The treatment options are massage and topical medication, intralesional steroids and surgical removal.
