I HAVE BEEN HAVING PAIN IN BOTH SHOULDERS RADIATING TO THE HANDS AND LEGS PAIN RADIATING TO THE FEET FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS. XRAY SHOWS C5 c6 & c7 CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS AND ANTERIOR OSTEOPHYTES.

The radiating pain in the arms, shoulders, hanss and fingers is sue to cervical spondylosis.. The pain in the legs is due to the nerve compression in the lower back region but sometimes its associated with the cervical spondylosis and gets ok when we so the treatment with cervical spondylosis.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +traction (may require) +some strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.
