Cervical Lymphadenopathy
My 20month old son neck ultrasound says " Multiple bilateralcervical lymphadenopathy - Level II and III - Lymph node enlargement . Mantaux test is negative and FNAC test says " abscess saying Koch's etiology " and AFB Stain is negative ( Right submandibular abscess) please suggest us what is the issue and he is suffering from two weeks and with 14 days antibiotic course the swelling is not gone. We used Augmentin Duo and Monocef 100
