Cervical Annual Tear

I had neck pain and arm pain, consulted a physiotherapist and underwent traction and massage, pain reduced in the neck but sensation in the arm did not. So he asked me for MRI , MRI showed Cervical Annual Tear c4-5. He is asking me to go through a laser treatment. Kindly suggest if the laser is reqd.

Reduced sensation is due to nerve compression.. U need neurotropic medicines
