Hello I understand ur concern,
For celiac disease there is good scope of homeopathy but for hashimoto's thyroid or autoimmune thyroid it has limited scope..we can cure some cases but not every case but better treatment than allopathy is assured
For vit d deficiency you can have morning sun bath around 7-8am daily for 15-30mins
