Hello, normal weight of child at the age of 6 years should be around 20kilogram. Due to celiac disease she might not be growing as expected. TB is a bacterial infection and this could the cause for failure to thrive. Complete the course of antitubercular regimen ,give her egg daily , antibiotics will cause gastritis which in turn interfere with absorption of nutrients ,avoid spicy ,out side food item.
