Hello, you should consult to a Dentist and get it checked. it is better to see the case clinically for proper treatment plan and prognosis. It needs to be evaluated the extent of the decay . Depending on the extent of decay it can be decided whether the tooth needs to go under a RCT or will a filling be enough.

hello, visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity, get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

Visit your dentist who would take an x Ray of the tooth and depending on signs and symptoms and weather decay involves the pulp then Rct would be done

Hello Sir Greetings of the day. First you need to get a x-ray done so that the extent of the decay can be noted. Depending on the extent of decay it can be decided whether the tooth needs to go under a RCT or will a filling suffice.
