X rays show the second last tooth that is first molar requires a rct and a cap and the last tooth/2nd molar requires a rct followed by either a post and core or only core build up followed by a cap.. you can go to any competent doctor for this .. I wouldn't suggest single sitting rct in your last tooth as it looks like a chronic infection so would do it in two sittings
Next Steps
Go to a good doctor immediately
Health Tips
Don't rely on google too much , you can watch the rct procedure on YouTube
IMHO xray shows deep grossly decayed tooth. you should not postpone treament in these cases, otherwise the tooth may break or you may get severe infection in the jaws and neck area. whatever treatment is suggested please do it on an urgent basis.it looks like u may cavities in other areas of your mouth too. so please get fillings done for those teeth too so that they dont progress further.
Next Steps
root canal followed by capping the tooth
Health Tips
keep good followup at the dentist every six months to ensure that all your teeth are healthy for life.
hello,
you need to visit the dentist. if there is a cavity get it filled. if there is infection to the roots of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a cap placed over that tooth.
The xray shows multiple cavities, which need to be restored by restorative treatment .
It consists of fillings or root canal treatment in case the cavity has invaded the nerve of the tooth.
The treatment has a very high success rate and longevity.
One of the two xrays should be repeated, as the angulation might be not be giving an accurate picture.
Even so, two of the three involved teeth shall require RCT, with/without post, followed by a crown for each. The third tooth appears to have a grave prognosis.
The xray provided by you shows that you are suffering from Teeth cavities, which need to be restored by restorative treatment . You are advised to go for Root Canal Treatment followed by cap.

Hi,The xray shows deep cavities in teeth.you have to do root canal treatment followed by caps.visit a Endodontist or root canal specialist who will do the root canals in one sitting.
Hello,
you need to see an Endodontist and get RCT done for teeth with an exposed pulp.
For teeth with deep carious lesions, you may require pulp capping followed by a good restoration,if it responds well.
