What u see is always not true.. Specialy with tooth decay... Decays in teeth spread in triangular fashion with base of triangle inside n apex at the outside... So better u go ahead with either x-ray or advice from experienced dentist... Regarding fillings... Now a days tooth coloured composite filling are recommended n conservative as well... Regards..
