Cavities on my tooth
I have small cavities on my tooth . what are different ways to treat this type of cavities.
please explain different treatments.

Decay is due to food lodgements and it progress to decay
All decays should be treated as early as possible
But depends on the cavity it's position and size treatment varies
So better consult ur dentist for better idea before u suffer with pain

If your cavities are not deep then it can be restored. Get it restored as soon as possible so that it will not spread in the inner most pulp of tooth.
Tooth can be restored with materials having similar properties like tooth. You can go for teeth color fillings, laser fillings, fluoride releasing cements etc.
For exact treatment suggestions, we need some more investigations including clinical examination and some Xray if needed. Consult nearby dentist.

If they are initial cavities that means small in size without pain then you can go for tooth colored fillings ( laser fillings) , fluoride releasing fillings are also available. . But it will depend on the size and site of the cavity. ..After a clinical examination it can be decided. .hope it would be helpful. ..

Before discussing, I am taking the description of your cavity as asymptomatic (pain less). Well In This situation you can get it cleaned and filled after preparation of tooth for various types of filling or cements. Which may include tooth coloured filling or Anti cavity fillings, fluoride relishing and many more. It would be best to get tooth cavity treated at earliest before it start to set-in it effect on nerves below.

What u see is always not true.. Specialy with tooth decay... Decays in teeth spread in triangular fashion with base of triangle inside n apex at the outside... So better u go ahead with either x-ray or advice from experienced dentist... Regarding fillings... Now a days tooth coloured composite filling are recommended n conservative as well... Regards..
