Hi doctors, I wanted to know that dandruff causes pimples or not, and my hair is also falling so please tell me that how dandruff can cause pimples or acne

Yes dandruff can cause pimple like eruptions. The fungus which grows in dandruff scales can also infect pilisebaceus unit and cause pimple.
