When patient is detected with breast carcinoma and effected to liver doctors advised for chemo therapy... you if general condition is good , go for it ?General condition means ? The patient had sugar ( insulin injections) weight is 33kg and physically weak... so is that suggestible to go for chemo ?

The treating doctor will need to examine the patient to decide the fitness of the patient for chemotherapy. The doctor most of the time can choose a chemotherapy drug and regimen which will suit the patient most.
