Cant hear from left ear
I am having problems hearing with my left ear. I had consulted a doctor and he said that there was wax deposit in my ear. I tried to clean it using a soliwax solution given by the doctor and removed alot of wax but still there is alot of wax near the eardrum because of which i cant hear properly. How can i clean it extensively

Your ent can clean it with suction under microscope... Do not try yourself as u can injure your ear drum causing permanent hearing loss
