Sometimes situation becomes so awkward that I get frustrated without any reason and is not able to control my anger tell me how to handle this situation.

Accept the situation which don't have control.
Try to adapt your self to changing environments or people.You have to develop this feel or attitude.
Try some relaxation techniques instead of focusing on that disturbing thought.
Try talking to someone who comfort you lot.
Eat nutritional food.
