Cannot walk

Cannot walk

Asked for Female, 60 Years

After a 3 day visit to Hyderabad my sister developed fever swelling in hands and feet. Blood test was done for various ailments. Reports attached. The swelling has developed again. Pics taken today are attached. She cannot stand up or put load on the feet. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
