Lesion is closely abutting sigmoid, omenatal caking, aascites, effusion. PS/PV/PR :cervix almost flush with vagina. uterus not separately palpable.hard fixed mass felt bilateral fornix.12x9 cm in lower abdomen bimanuaally palpable. POD smooth & same mass felt per rectally. rectal mucosa free. CEA - 0.69 CA 125 - 1163.8 CA 19.9 - <2.00 recd 3# P+C LD : 31/3/16 O/E 8x8 cms mass in pelvis restricted mobility CECT: A heterogenously enhancing solid cystic lesion is noted in the pelvis abutting the posterior wall of urinary bladder and sigmoid colon.
