If we think about cancer in mind that what if i might have a cancer so can it be turned into reality by just thinking for 5 or 6 days that also in intervals not regularly

Hi, Just thought of it wouldn't cause cancer.. but if you continue, anxiety would increase and can lead to psychological problems

Please be assured that the thought of cancer can not create cancer in ones body. If such thoughts persist they become the cause of distress - what we call Illness Anxiety. Please visit a good competent psychologist who would be able to help you in this case.... if the thoughts still disturb you you may meet a psychiatrist.
