Can't loose fat easily
I watch you tube videos and try to work out but can't do properly cz of tight scdule and videos sometime cause pain suggest some frequent diet. Which I can follow I am bum fat hips fat arms tummy and chin fat..and please tell me the dirt plan I belong to a Punjabi family so probably it might be cz f that . but please tell me a strict diet plan so that I can reduce within a month ...I can feel the tyres around me and it seems awful

Early mrng:-dal cheeni powder with water Break fast:- 2 boiled egg white Daliya in water or cow milk/brown bread sandwich/corn flax Before lunnch:-vegetable juice Lunch:- chapaties n veg (no ghee n butter) Salad n dahi 4 pm:-fruit chat (no banana) 6pm:-orange juice 2 boiled egg white 8pm:- dinner(only one chapati or brown bred) Before sleep:- papaya ----------------------------------- Grean tea 4 times a day Coconut water once a day 2 glass Hot water after every meal
