Can selsun shampoo be used on skin

I am 30 years old and I am a male. I had seborrhoeic dermatitis some time back and I had used Selsun shampoo to get rid of it. I have some problems on my skin just like dermatitis. I want to know if we can use Selsun shampoo on the skin. I want those skin patches removed ASAP.
