Can only breathe through one side
I can never seem to go one day without a stuffy nose. One side of my nostrils is always blocked (it alternates between one side and the other) I also get runny nose very often

Usually we breathe through one nostril only.. we call it nasal cycle. But running nose is mostly because of associated allergy.. Ent surgeon can guide you for allergies and its treatment
