Can ondem affect GTT

Question

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My wife is 24 week pregnant and she did GTT last week and had glucose levels high (202 after 1 hr and 223 after 2 hr) so is it due to the ondem tablet which she had taken before GTT. Her fasting level were in normal range. Doctor said she need to start insulin from now only. Please guide
