I have a medicine given by dentist and now I'm having ulcer in mouth That's why my friend suggest to take b complex

Yes u can go ahead with b complex if d ulcers r due to medicine only.. ya if u have an ulcer after d dental procedure. U can apply dolo gel

No need to take emanzen for that u may apply clinora gel/dologel CT for the same. And u have medicines given by ur dentist for what reason?

U can apply dologel on ulcers..and take b-complex under physician concent

First of all you need to understand that B complex is is good for general Physical health and also maintains the integrity of oral tissues but is not the cure of oral ulcers which have already formed. The physician or dentist who has performed the clinical examination is the best just to decide which medications can be taken together or not. Please contact him for the same. Regards.
