Can intestinal TB recur?
I m having multiple digestive issues since 3 years. Extremely difficult since last 1 year. Secondary problems like sleep disorder has surfaced as I don't have deep sleep due to indigestion. Lost 10 kgs in 6 months. Have immense fatigue since 3 weeks. And nausea, lack of appetite. Semi lose or constipated motions. Irritable bowel syndrome. All tests results are normal at the moment. History of Koch's abdomen in the ileocaecal region for which AKT 4 was given for 12 months in 2001-2002. Wasn't confirmed in any tests. Just an old doctor's empirical diagnosis after recurrent pain near the appendix region for a year. Did not have any other symptoms at that time. Have mild pain in that area again. And no conclusive findings again. But the weakness and sinking feeling is similar as 16 yrs ago. Can it be TB recurring? Pls advice.
