Can I use dermaroller at home
I bought 0.5 mm 540 needles dermaroller, Can I use dermaroller by myself at home on my head scalp for blood flow or is it not safe to use it if you are using it for the first time? Can I disinfect the dermaroller with dettol or savlon or do I need to use iso propyl alcohol 91% to disinfect it?
