Sorry to hear you are suffering like this . Some nauseau and vomitting is normal during the pregnancy, however if it excessive , you must consult a gynaec and get evaluated .
Medicines are available which can give you relief . Injections are also sometimes require to have faster effect.
I hope your are keep yourself well hydrated since you are losing so much water . Try supplementing with ORS and coconut water to compensate for the lost electrolytes as well .
You can try antacid syrups - 2 spoonfuls 10mins before a meal to reduce heartburn . Avoid spicy, oily and fatty foods for a few months . These symtpoms usually settle down after the first trimester.
