Weight loss will increase your chances of conceiving. Check your thyroid levels and meet your gynaecologist, to see if any dose change is needed. Excess weight can also lead to complications during pregnancy. My opinion would be to get your diet charted, start exercising and give at least 6-9 months to lose some weight. You are still young, all waiting a bit for Pregnancy is no harm
