Hi There
I am in a phase of caffeine withdrawal. I have all the symptoms of it and currently unable to be at all productive at work.I am algorithm designer for complex computing problems and I really need to get past of it asap.

I can understand dear. Its really a tough decision. That craving makes people crazy. Gives you severe headaches.But believe me it's worth taking pains. You will feel healthier and less dependent post 15-20 days. But your body cannot accept sudden changes. So I would suggest do that gradually like 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 and finally 1 cup a day. Take aspirin for pain but not regularly. Within a month you will be fine I promise . Take care . All the best

Caffeine withdrawal symptoms r not very debilitating compared to other addictive substances. Visit any physician, U may take symptomatic treatment for it.
Ensure adequate hydration and take timely meals.
