It's a tricky question. Let's answer it differently. Least amount you can manage with is good for you. Caffeine addiction is so much more common than we expect. Substitute your cuppa coffee with water, decaf, fresh juice. Exercise and snack healthy food at regular intervals. Hydration is the rule.
