Buzzing in penis area
Since this morning I am feeling a regular rhythmic buzzing sensation at tip or root of penis like phone vibrator. It's feeble but happening continuously. My mother passed away on 24 Feb and I have been attending her at Since past 2 weeks, could I have acquired some infection? no other problems, no pain itching or burn.

Hello sir,,, provided you don't have any symptoms other than this buzzing sensation, which doesn't have any proper medical disease.
This buzzing sensation can be due to stress,, probably because of losing your mother. Try to manage your stress by meditation or pranayama,, visit psychiatrist if problem persists.
