U can have buttermilk any time of day in summer it gives u soothig effect it has good calcium also. So it's good fr health

Hello.. In the hot scorching heat it's always better to drink buttermilk so that it will keep you hydrated as well electrolyte balance.... It's better to drink after your meal as it helps you in digestion process...if you drink it before meal..there is no harm but you may feel full early and end up eating lesser quantity than usual...thank you
