My butt bone.. The one on which we rest ourselves has a small aircrack and a small injury in the head with four sutures

Use a ring cushion ( Air cushion- available in medical stores) for sitting, For atleast 2-3 months. It will relieve the pressure on your tail bone. If precautions are not taken now, the pain becomes chronic, resulting in Coccygodynia.
