Burnt my tongue
I've been having throat pain since yesterday, so I decided to try salt water gargling this morning. When I put the water in my mouth, it was very hot, and I burned my tongue, causing discomfort and pain.
Could you please recommend an ointment to put on the tongue to relieve pain and discomfort?

Kindly avoid usage of tongue cleaning blades
Next Steps
Syp TRICAINE MPS 10 ml have it in mouth for 15 seconds and then swallow
Avoid drinking of water for 10 min after intake for 3-5 days
