Burning sensation and gas
Too much burps n gastric production, feeling of burning sensation in food pipe n stomach always seems full due to acidity. Initially, he saw traces of blood in stools, so had a 15-day course of 'Himalaya Pilex' on the consultation of a chemist and he's not had any blood traces afterwards but acidity still exists. What should be the medicines and food diet he should be on and what could be the possible problem?

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists
