YOur profile says you are a medical professional. I hope you are under care of an expert gynecologist and are also taking Folic acid tablets to prevent anomalies in baby. Having said that, I would like to bring your attention to the fact that The burning could be due to urine infection or due to urine falling on sensitive inflammed private parts, due to infection in the vulva. Best would be to meet a gynec and get examined. if needed a urine test may be done to rule out urine infection.
Next Steps
As pregnancy advances the immunity of a pregnant person reduces and they are more likely to contract infections. The ebst would be to avoid sex, or use condoms at sex, drink plenty of water ( 3Liters per day), wipe your genitals from front to back and not from back to front, eat fresh curds ( Dahi) 4-5 times a week. and if your husband has any infection or burning he needs to get treated too
