It is due to urinary tract infection. Get an urine routine and microscopy test Urine culture and sensitivity test and USG abdomen and pelvis done.. Get back to me with reports.. Meanwhile drink plenty of water T. Nifutin 100 mg twice a day T. Rabium 20 mg twice a day Syrup KCIT 2 teaspoon in half glass of water thrice a day for 7 days..
