Bunion in right toe
It has been minor bunion in my right toe...with very negligiable pain...please tell the remedies to solve the bunion and tell about wearing splints and doing exercise...how much time will it take to cure it naturally...it has been caused due to sports injury

Mainstay is to prevent friction over the bunion. Try not to wear tight and narrow footwear. Avoid sweating and excessive walking. Apply icepacks locally. Medications like enzomac will help in swelling. You can use gel pads. Try to wear chappals more.
