Bumps on my tongue
I've been sick for a few days. Runny, stuffy nose, throat hurting and swollen. And now I have realized I have small bumps on the bottom of my tongue.

hello,
you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. if there are ulcers under your tongue, as a home remedy you can apply baking soda over your teeth or do baking soda in water mouthrinses. If the ulcer persists, you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B levels checked. If required take supplements for it.
