Bumps on frenulum of Penis
I️ have not had sex in over three years. I️ have had these little bumps just on my frenulum. They do not get bigger or smaller. They smooth out when erect. I️ had poison ivy as a kid that was a really bad case on my penis. Wondering if that caused this to scar and just never go away?

Difficult to understand how they smooth out when erect.
