Bumps on back of the tongue
I have noticed recently 4mm bumps on either side of my back of the tongue. they look like reddish colour. I did notice some pain but its not there now. I have taken photographs of the same. I can send them. I am concerned and bothered, pl advise and help

It may be tonsils. Try hot water gargles with salt. If it does not resolve within a few days please consult a doctor

You can send the pics. Tongue should be well examined by oral medicine expert. Can be some taste buds also. Habit history is also important.
