Bumps and itchy genitals and other parts

I am having lots of ithing on my genitals and my body. There are some bumps even on genital areas which itches a lot at times. Ithing also happens under arms,elbow thighs,belt areas. Genitals bumps and ithing are my main concern. Note- I am not sexually active for a year.
