Built up dirt on skin
I have a lot of old built up dirt on my skin from past years I I have done a lot at home to try to get rid of it like sugar olive oil scrub it helps i need something more intense to help. Is there any type procedure I can get done at a dermatologist to take off the dirt.

It's not dirt. Seems to be acanthosis or amyloidosis.
