Brown round lump on my skin

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Noticed a brown round lump on my skin below calf muscle since last 4 month. The raised skin is smooth and doesn't pain. Have a lot of moles on my upper body but this type of lump is the first one. If you can tell me what it is.
