The tooth is getting brittle and fragile due to cavity. Right now the cavity is limited to the first two layers of the tooth that is why no pain. Once it spreads to the inner nerve bearing pulp the symptoms will start. Better to get it filled else out well to for rct.

hi Its better to visit a dentist and get it clinically examined so that it can be restored/filled accordingly before it progresses deep requiring root canal treatment.
