Bridge Fixing
Whether It will be good to go for replacing the front side tooth by way Bridge fixing by taking the support of K9 tooth at the age of 26 years. Tooth being very weak, can't be aligned.

It would be best to splint the teeth and undergo gum treatment at this point.

After a periodic recall visits at the 3months+3months = 6months repeat the same x-ray or even better would be individual teeth X-ray(involved teeth only) which will help decide with certainty specific treatment plan.

Existing periodontal condition would definitely not permit any fixed prosthesis.

Don't get your front tooth extracted. You can get the root canal treatment of front tooth done. Pathology associated with that tooth will resolve with time.

You can go ahead with a bridge but not for 2 but 4 since the bone support for adjacent tooth are in a better position .go for a bridge involving 11 12 21 22 .and the area where there is bone loss get a bone graft done for faster bone formation which usually takes 6 months atleast .

go for metal free crowns (zicornia)  so that pressure on the tooth wont be much .

Hiii There seems like a lot of bone loss .....agoodtreatment planning is required ESPESCIALLY to find the reason for such bone Once the cause is treated then look for replacement options

I think you should go for periodontal treatment (gums) followed by implant, should not go for bridge at this young age

Hello, you need to consult a good periodontist and get a complete analysis of your existing bone levels and the possibility of long term prognosis of the existing teeth.Also any possibility of increasing the longivity by bone grafts. Regards Dr Sumanmakam

You have generalised severe bone loss which suggest periodontitis which needs periodontal treatment. Periodontal treatment starts with scaling root planing. Second step will be flap surgery. At this stage it is not necessary to extract anny tooth first complete perio treatment. If necessary splinting can be done. It more important to save natural teeth as no replacement is as good as natural tooth.
