Hello there, Swelling and tenderness can be due to Infection only if you are lactating and breastfeeding your baby. The Medication prescribed to you seems inappropriate, it's of bacterial and fungal infection. And your symptoms suggestive of fibroadenoma. I need detailed history of lump, can't diagnose with this history. Do consult online , you will be fine with Medication.

it is not necessary that with this symptom u can diagnosed with cancer. sometime hormonal disbalance or glandular inflammation cause pain. so don't be stress if u have doubt then u should go for mammogram. it clear ur all detail.
