I had a sevre breast pain and feeling very tired. I missed my period is this the symptom of pregnanc?

Hello there we.understand tour feeling and your condition. Yes there will be breast tenderness and missed periods in pregnancy but along with that you will have nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension etc.. To confirm just consult a gynecologist for your help. Thank you
