Breakfast quantity
Dr Leon Sra, I am on deiting. I am 18 . Weight and height is 69 and 5 4" . In breakfast I usually take muesli with buffalo milk (skimming done as per your recommendation) . So question is should I take 120 ml or should increase quantity? How increament should be done? Thanks for all your help

You need to reduce your BMI, and the weight should be between 60-62 kg. You are very young and if diet is managed appropriately, you will have great metabolism levels, which is what is needed for losing weight. Muesli with milk is an energy dense breakfast option, great start to the day. You can have a cup (up to 250 ml) of milk for your breakfast. Try and have 6-8 small but frequent meals instead of 3 big meals on your daily dietary regime.
