My depression started 3 years ago. Now I am almost alrightz I was taking allopathic meds from long time but was not completly alright but when I added omega 3 and Sudarshan kriya yoga, I got much better and now I want to add Niacin(B3) to get better as it makes serotonin naturally. Can anyone please suggest me which brand should I choose.

Good to hear you have found benefit in yoga and omega 3. Both especially Yoga certainly helps. However Niacin does not have sound evidence for beneficial effect and hence is not a mainstream treatment.
