Brain hemorrhage or bleeding in the brain can be due to many reasons. At his age it could be due to high blood pressures or rupture of some abnormally developed blood vessel. If the bleeding is small in size, it can be managed with Medicines only. The Medicines he is recieving are right. Mannitol is used to reduce pressure in the brain. Ceftriaxone is an antibiotic. If the bleeding is large then a surgery is required to remove the clot and reduce the pressure.
