Because of change of my stay to another city my braces treatment got discontinued. I want to continue it again.

Get a consent letter from your previous orthodontist about discontinuing your treatment as you are getting transferred to another city and with your previous radiographs (x-ray ) and file of your treatment your can visit to your near by orthodontist and can continue your treatment.
